Flex Insight was founded by Gareth O’Donovan who has held positions on various sides of the table at the most senior levels within the flexible workspace industry.

His prior roles have included Development Director for the UK & Ireland at IWG Plc (global market leader with 3,500 locations) and Chief Commercial Officer at Cubo, a high-end private equity backed operator.

Before that, he had a successful career in private equity at Citibank and Lloyds Development Capital in London.
